RULES AND REGULATIONS General 1 No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades or skates, ball playing, etc. in common areas 2 No boisterous conduct, including radios without headphones 3 No plantings or modification of common areas, including adjustments to lighting, pools, spas, sprinklers, gates, etc. 4 No drying/laying out of laundry on walls, railings, or visible locations 5 Trash, bags, and other items may not be stored outside condo doors 6 Quiet time must be observed throughout the complex from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m 7 No chemicals/pesticides dumped anywhere on premises 8 No one under 18 y.o. is permitted in sauna, game, or exercise rooms without adult parent or guardian present at all times Vehicles 1 Vehicle repairs are prohibited; No vehicles on blocks/jacks 2 No campers, trailers, or motor homes permitted, except 2-hour loading/unloading. Said vehicles may not block motor or walkways. 3 Speed limit is 5 miles per hour 4 No disabled vehicles or vehicle/trailer storage 5 Interior guest parking is for guests only, with a 48 hour limit 6 Exterior guest parking (by entry gate) is 4 hours only 7 Car covers must be maintained and appropriately fastened at all times 8 Vehicle violations subject to towing at owner’s expense, code 22658.2 Pets 1 Owners must curb their animals and immediately pick up excrement and deposit in parking lot dumpsters only 2 Owners must not allow pets to urinate or defecate near pools, spas, courts, bbq areas, or common walkways 3 No unleashed dogs or cats 4 No pets in pool, spa, or court areas 5 No excessive pet noise 6 No more than two domestic pets per unit, not to exceed 25 lbs. each Pool & Spa Rules 1 Quiet time must be observed from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. No children under 18 years of age allowed after 10:00 p.m. 2 Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times 3 Use of pool with diapers is prohibited at all times 4 No smoking in pool or spa area 5 Pool furniture may not be removed from the pool area or from one pool to another 6 Pets are not allowed in the pool area, nor leashed to pool fencing 7 Ear phones must be used for listening to entertainment 8 Personal effects may not be left in pool area 9 No drying of towels or other items in pool area or in visible commons 10 All trash must be placed in appropriate receptacles; tables and chairs should be wiped down and placed in an orderly fashion 11 Boisterous conduct, including running, diving, or playing on steps/ ladders is not permitted in pool areas 12 Hot water submersion while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications is prohibited 13 No glass is allowed in the pool area 14 No oversized inflatables; no use of sports equipment/balls in pools 15 Proper bathing attire must be worn at all times; no nudity 16 Place towels on furniture to protect it from oils/lotions Tennis/Sports Courts 1 Open hours are from 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. only 2 Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 3 No smoking in tennis or sport court areas 4 Pets are not allowed in the courts and may not be leashed to fencing 5 Ear phones must be used for listening to entertainment 6 Personal effects may not be left in court area; no towels or other items may be hung on court fencing 7 All trash must be placed in appropriate receptacles 8 No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades or skates, etc. in court areas 9 Only proper court gear allowed on courts at any time |
